Fair usage policy

General

Laioutr strives to keep its products, services and resources operating efficiently so that our Service is available to all our users. Customer must ensure that its usage of the Service shall not unduly impair the availability or integrity of the Service. If a review reveals, in Laioutr's reasonable opinion, (a) that your usage or implementation of the applicable Service; or (b) that your Laioutr account, whether by configuration or by error, exceeds your contracted limits or the limits of what an average customer of your size or profile would use and:

(i) unreasonably overloads the Service;

(ii) impairs (or could reasonably impair) the availability or integrity of the Service; or

(iii) the applicable Service is being used in a manner intended to avoid paying fees otherwise payable;

(iv) incurs additional unanticipated costs that are commercially unsustainable for Laioutr;

then Laioutr reserves the right to, upon notice to Customer if reasonably practicable, use reasonable measures to limit Customer's usage of the applicable Service until such impairment is removed or re-negotiate in good faith the commercial terms in place for a mutually fair and equitable outcome.
