Notifications
Under Account → Notifications you control how and where Laioutr can reach you. Settings are grouped into channels and account updates.
Notification channels
These toggles define delivery mechanisms:
- Email — when enabled, you can receive a daily email digest (as described in the product UI).
- Desktop — when enabled, Cockpit can show desktop notifications in supported browsers and operating systems (browser permission may be required).
Turn each channel on or off according to whether you want that type of delivery.
Account updates — product news
The Product updates option controls a recurring email that summarizes new features and updates (the in-product English copy refers to a weekly digest; wording may differ slightly by locale).
Subscribe if you want a regular product changelog–style message; unsubscribe if you prefer less email.
Account updates — important mail
The Important updates option covers critical communication such as security fixes, maintenance, or other system-level emails you should not miss.
Keep this enabled if you need to stay informed about incidents and mandatory notices; disable only if your organization’s policy allows and you accept the risk of missing alerts.

Exact labels match your Cockpit language. If you use multiple browsers or devices, check notifications on each if behavior differs.
